Spam Troubles, part 2

Well, comments are back up. A friend recommended Bad Behavior to me, so I’m going to give it a shot. Let’s hope it works! Thanks for the recommendation, Clint!

    Unfortunately, I can’t figure out how to use it without creating a new blog (replacing the blog on my site). You have to have a WordPress API key, which is unique to your blog. I don’t have one (my install of WP is older, before they were doing this), and even if I sign up for a new blog at WP, I can’t use that key on my blog, ’cause it’s a unique number. So how do you use it?

    I installed spam karma 2 a few weeks ago on both of my sites, and it has been fantastic at eating spam. Much better success for me than spam karma 1 was. I would recommend installing that if you are still getting nailed….
