A quick note: I’m sorry, but there will be no “best of 2006” this year. I have felt behind in music all year (as evidenced by the albums listed below that I am just now getting around to), and don’t feel qualified to publish any sort of list. I really enjoyed my half-assed attempt last year, and hope to continue it in the future, but I just don’t feel that I can pull it off this year.
